Absolutely. Whether you carry appendix or strongside, simply adjust the rigid portion of the belt to the area of your waist where you want your holster.

Our belts are sized to accommodate a range of pant sizes. Choose the size that puts your pant size closest to the middle of the range:
For example, if you wear size 34 pants, you're at the top of the Small range and the bottom of the Regular range—we'd recommend ordering Regular for optimal adjustability.
