What happens next
Simple & Secure Dealer Access
We work with qualified retail stores, ranges, training businesses, online retailers, and distributors. Each application is reviewed individually.
We follow up by email
If we need clarification or anything is missing, we will contact you from a Hunter Constantine email address.
Approved dealers receive an invitation
Approved dealers receive a separate invitation to the private HC Dealer Portal. The application itself does not create portal access.
Remaining details happen at the right time
Shipping details, resale-certificate documentation, and any applicable dealer agreements are handled at their actual ordering and fulfillment stages—not as blockers to submitting an application.
Existing dealers
Already approved?
Use the invitation-only HC Dealer Portal. Enter the email address HC invited and use the newest one-time sign-in link sent to that address. There is no portal password.

Does applying create a dealer account?
No. Applying starts HC's review. Approved dealers receive a separate invitation to the private dealer portal.
Do I need to submit a resale certificate with my application?
No. Tell us whether you have one or can provide one before ordering. Do not upload the document through this public form.
Do I need an approved shipping address or signed agreement before I apply?
No. Those are handled later, at the ordering and fulfillment stages where they actually apply.
Is a purchase order required?
No. A purchase order is not required to submit a dealer application.
