Check eligibility

Your Constantine Carry Belt must be delivered within the last 30 days, in original condition, and free of visible wear or damage.

Products marked Blem are final sale and should not be sent back for disclosed cosmetic issues or disclosed defects.

Pack the return

Pack the item securely and include a note with your order number inside the package. If you are returning multiple items, list each item clearly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

After shipping, email info@hunterconstantine.com and provide your order number and tracking number for the return.

Watch for your refund email

Once your return arrives, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within a few business days of arrival, and your bank may take additional time to post the funds. You'll get an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Sizing issue?

Check the FAQ size guide before starting a return. The flagship Constantine Carry Belt and Velcro Inner Belt use different size ranges.

Buckle or color confusion?

Blackout, HC Logo, solid colors, Pink, and printed camo options live on the Constantine Carry Belt product page. Use that page for current availability.

Setup issue?

If the belt feels wrong, check the adjustment, no-loop carry, and strongside/IWB guidance before deciding it is the wrong size.

Need a different size or style?

Contact support within 30 days of delivery. If your belt is eligible and in original condition, support can help you return it and place a replacement order using a one-time exchange code.

Damaged or defective items

Contact support before shipping back.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support right away before shipping anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to switch sizes.

If you want a different size, color, or style, contact support within 30 days of delivery. This is not a traditional inventory swap. If your belt is eligible and in original condition, you will return the belt using the same return logistics above.

Once your return arrives, we'll send you a one-time code for 100% off a replacement belt and shipping. The code covers any belt you choose, regardless of price difference, is valid for one year, and we'll email it to you when it's issued.

Blem product terms

Products marked Blem are final sale.

Blem products are discounted cosmetic seconds, returned items, or products with a disclosed issue. Products marked Blem are final sale and are not eligible for standard 30-day returns due to disclosed cosmetic flaws, disclosed defects, random color, random buckle, or limited inventory.

If a Blem product arrives with an issue unrelated to the disclosed Blem terms, contact support with your order number and photos.

Warranty support

Warranty is separate from returns.

Warranty issues are handled separately from returns. If your belt has a defect or damage outside normal wear, contact us with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. Warranty issues are not limited to the 30-day return window. If approved, we cover return shipping and replace the belt.
